Constanta Residence Apartments is situated in Constanta, just 1.2 km from the Black Sea Coast at the gateway to the Mamaia Resort. The apartments are located in the Tomis Nord Ciresica area in Constanta or in Ovidiu Square, close to the Mamaia Resort and the Ovidius University Campus. They are 2 km from the city centre, 3 km to the railway station and 4 km to the Constanta Port. Mamaia is the largest resort on the Romanian Black Sea, it is 8 km in length and only 300 metres in width, being a strip of land between the Black Sea and Lake Siutghiol. The beach season is at its best between mid May and late September, with average daytime temperatures of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. The water is warm until late autumn.

A valid ID or passport is required upon check-in. Transfer from Constanta - Kogalniceanu Airport or from Bucharest Airport is subject to a charge. Transfer from the railway station or any other point from the city to the apartments is free. Only cash payments are accepted.
